Clients, sometimes unfairly, get slack for not knowing 'the rules' of hiring freelancers and this has been written to be an approachable and useful read to help projects get off to the best possible start. Work Notes Jobs aims to be a freelancer-first jobs board, but it can't succeed on its own.
